I took off early from work yesterday, trying to avoid the snow storm that came rolling in during the day. I’m glad I did it - I managed to get a bit of work done at home, did some reading, and felt more caught up on things around me. Definitely worth it.
Tonight I don’t have many aspirations other than buckling down and getting some work done - this site I’m finishing up needs to be done post haste. The deadline has been pushed back a few days because of my stumbles, but I don’t want it to take any more than this weekend. I think that’s feasible.
One week from today I head to SXSWi, and I am so incredibly excited. I’ve wanted to attend for years and I finally get to see what it’s all about. There’s going to be so much to learn, and so much to experience. Many notes will be taken, many beers will be drank, and hopefully many of the people I’ve admired online will finally be met.
